Farewell to RMIT Training Board Chair Professor Julie Cogin

RMIT Training bids farewell to Deputy Vice Chancellor College of Business and Law and Vice-President Professor Julie Cogin, who is stepping down from her role as the RMIT Training Board Chair after 3 years.

RMIT Training CEO Jake Heinrich says the organisation is extremely grateful to Professor Cogin for her leadership, vision and insights into global pathways over her tenure in the role.

“Julie’s knowledge of the international education sector and astute commercial acumen offered significant opportunities for RMIT Training to expand its global footprint in the international education space,” he says.

“Our resultant strategy development under Julie’s guidance is a terrific testament to the period. 

“We thank Julie for her tremendous contribution to RMIT Training and wish her the best for the future.” 

RMIT University Deputy Vice Chancellor, Vocational Education, Mish Eastman, who has been a Board Director of RMIT Training since 2020 has been appointed as Board Chair.
