Informit produces enhanced AGIS Collection
Informit is pleased to announce an enhanced AGIS Collection from 1 July, 2018.
AGIS is an authoritative collection of legal resources developed for the legal profession and for the study of Commonwealth-based law.
The Collection includes content from Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region plus selected articles from the UK, US and Canada starting from 1999.
Enhancements for users include shorter duration between journal publication and availability, as well as more comprehensive coverage of content.
John Nuutinen, Informit Senior Business Development Manager commented on the enhanced model.
“We are so pleased to support this important resource for those working and studying in the legal sector,” he said.
“The enhanced Collection will mean all articles relevant to Australia will be indexed by Informit as part of the Collection and new content will be added daily.
"AGIS is an important resource that supports the law community, researchers and students around the world."
From its head office in Melbourne, Australia, Informit works with library consortia, associations and agents to help users advance their research through access to peer-reviewed and specialist journals, monographs, reports, conference papers and bibliographic indexes, collated with a focus on regional perspectives and otherwise hard-to-find research.
