Director of Integral Education, Harold Bratovich.
RMIT Training recently signed an agreement with Integral Education to provide testing and training courses to Aviation professionals in Colombia.
Integral Education, through its strong alliances with the Colombian Aviation industry, is planning to open RMIT English Language Test for Aviation (RELTA) Test Centres and Aviation English training centres in the four major cities of Colombia—Bogota, Cali, Medellin and Barranquilla.
The Director of Integral Education, Harold Bratovich, said the company was excited to help RELTA grow its presence in Colombia.
“We believe in the importance of what RMIT Training and RELTA does for the industry and it is an honour for us to become a part of it,” he said.
“We chose RMIT Training due to their expertise in providing high level testing and training for the aviation industry and strong alliance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).”
RMIT Training Aviation Relationship Manager, Rachele Zito, said she looked forward to working with Mr Bratovich and his team to build a strong and successful partnership.
"Over the past several months I have observed Mr Bratovich’s professionalism and diligence in promoting our services and their contribution to air safety within the Civil Aviation Authority in Colombia," she said.
"He has a very good understanding of the language training needs of the Aviation industry in Latin America and is very enthusiastic about providing high quality training and testing solutions in partnership with RMIT Training."
RMIT Training and Integral Education plan to explore opportunities for RELTA test centres in other countries in the region.
Integral Education has been in the English Language Training (ELT) field in Latin America for the last 20 years through their parent company, Global Language Training, and have vast experience in ELT teaching, teacher training, and testing and evaluating protocols.
Global Language Training has provided training for over 31,000 students in the past three years, through their language training centres in the United Kingdom. They also have international partnerships with schools in various parts of the world including China, Thailand, South Africa and Spain.
RELTA is one of only two Aviation English language proficiency tests that have received recognition from ICAO.
It is developed and managed by RMIT Training, based in Melbourne, Australia and is delivered at approved test centres around the world.
