Communications and Marketing
Communications and Marketing is responsible for leading and managing communications and marketing activities, including the brand and company identity, across RMIT Training’s locations that reflect the company vision and strategy.
The Finance Unit is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable; financial accounting, budgeting and reporting; payroll and superannuation; and contributes to the financial management of projects.
The Human Resources Unit is responsible for attracting and retaining an effective workforce; managing people, policies and procedures; recruitment and selection; learning and development; talent management; reward and recognition; employee relations and overseeing the employee engagement survey; leadership development; and also contributes to projects.
The Information Technology Unit is responsible for systems enhancements; new application development and support for existing applications; technology architecture solutions and consultancy; project delivery; infrastructure and systems administration; operational support and asset management.
Legal Counsel is responsible for contract management, risk management, compliance and governance support, and policy advice and review.
